FairGraft is an umbrella company operated in the United Kingdom. We act as an employer of record for contractors working through agencies, processing PAYE payroll on their behalf. References to "FairGraft", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to the FairGraft business and its operators.

  • Accentra's Primo Umbrella, our payroll software provider, under strict data processing terms
  • Professional advisers including accountants and legal counsel where necessary

6. How long we keep your data

We retain payroll and employment records for a minimum of 6 years following the end of your engagement, in line with HMRC requirements. Interest registration and contact form data is retained only until we have responded and no longer require it for that purpose.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of data where we have no legal obligation to retain it
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

8. Cookies and website data

This website uses minimal browser storage solely to save interest registration data locally on your device before submission. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics at this time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All payroll data is handled through Accentra's Primo Umbrella platform, which maintains industry-standard security practices.
