These terms and conditions govern your use of the FairGraft website at fairgraft.co.uk and any interest registration submitted through it. By using this website or submitting a registration of interest, you agree to these terms.

These terms do not constitute a contract for payroll or umbrella services. Separate agreements will be entered into with agencies and contractors prior to any services commencing.

3. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission

4. Registration of interest

Submitting a registration of interest through this website:

• Does not create a binding contract between you and FairGraft
• Does not guarantee a place in the pilot programme
• Does not obligate you to proceed with any services
• Confirms your consent for FairGraft to contact you regarding our services

5. Pilot programme

FairGraft's pilot programme is subject to the following conditions:

• FairGraft will not process any payroll until all required insurances, compliance certifications, and regulatory requirements are fully in place
• The two-week free period applies to payslip processing fees only and is available to pilot partners who onboard during the initial pilot phase
• FairGraft reserves the right to amend pilot pricing and terms prior to full launch, with reasonable notice given to registered partners
• Participation in the pilot does not guarantee continued access to services beyond the pilot period

6. Pricing

Pricing displayed on this website (£10 per payslip) is indicative pilot pricing. FairGraft reserves the right to update pricing prior to full operational launch. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to registered parties with reasonable notice before taking effect. Statutory deductions including PAYE income tax, employee National Insurance, and employer National Insurance are separate from FairGraft's fee and are required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, design, logos, and branding is the intellectual property of FairGraft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. The FairGraft name and branding are proprietary to FairGraft Ltd.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, FairGraft makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on this site.
